Revalidation

I was born in a country where we need to be champions to show that we are the most capable on this planet, but that due to bad luck, we will never become Switzerland. We have the best players, professionals, people, but by some kind of curse, we will never exploit our full potential and we will continue to suffer total uncertainty and the systematic theft of our government.

We believe that those guys who came out in second place 3 times in a row are unsuccessful, from our chairs, while we curse the difficulties to reach the end of the month, because the rest of the country do everything wrong.

We do not understand the division of powers in the State, and while we say that the previous president was a dictator, the current one is a traitor because it enables another (legislative) power to discuss a topic that as a society must be given, regardless of the result.

And today, I live in a country, where many of these issues don't exist, but there are others, where for example the federal government makes commitments that affect the provincial governments, both economically, socially and culturally.

There are many circumstances where we always see in others their miseries and successes, and we constantly measure ourselves against them. We are the best when we are on top of the roller coaster, and we let others kick our heads when we are down.

When we measure ourselves against others and we win, we are not gentlemen in victory, and we tend to be proud, and sometimes even make fun of those who come after us. And when we lose, we always look for excuses.

We live in a world where the premise is "lie, lie, something will be left" that did humanity so much damage. Politicians everywhere inventing numbers ("by 2030, 500,000 jobs in X industry will be created", when today there are 400,000 in it). Sportsmen earning millions, promising the most varied championships, then not reaching them and blaming the luck, the lack of planning (as if they were not planning), the weather, or whatever. Everything painting a distorted reality, which is what they would like to have but which they are not willing to work hard for.

There is not much secrecy in things. The only way to be successful is by measuring yourself against you, and working hard to improve yourself day by day. The effort, the planning, the common sense, the teamwork, are not only values that look nice on paper, but what generates results. Everything else is simply some sort of acting to try to justify our existence.
